Zeid committed to and played his college career at Eastern Mennonite University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Zeid was born and raised in Northern Virginia and grew up playing travel soccer for both Vienna and Mclean soccer clubs. Zeid also represented Virginia by competing at both the district and state level for the Olympic Development Program (ODP). He then went on to play Division 3 soccer at Eastern Mennonite University before transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. Zeid spent his senior year training athletes at University of Richmond and different sports performance locations around the Richmond, VA area. Zeid's interest in the human body and habit of consistently pushing himself has led to him being a competitive athlete all around. He is now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and looks forward to making an impact on the up and coming generations of athletes in the northern Virginia area.
"I had so many coaches and mentors that helped me achieve everything I have done so far and get to the point where I am at today. I cannot thank them enough for the hard work and discipline that has been installed in me forever. I've been shown first hand that hard work will always prevail when talent fails. I strive to improve peoples lives by taking a holistic approach. I believe that everyone should be able to do normal daily things and move around pain free. Whether your goal is to get rid of pain or become an elite athlete, I look forward to being your guide to get you where you want to be and even further!"
